Dress Availability

Availability changes constantly, especially during Prom season, from January through April. Because inventory changes so frequently we cannot guarantee every style/color/size dress combination. When you place an order, we will check with the manufacturer and notify you within 48 hours, whether your requested style will be available in time for your special event.

We will do our best to help you find an alternate selection, in case the dress is not available in time for your wear date.

Your Credit Card will never be charged until the availability of your order has been confirmed!


Returns and Exchanges

Due to the large selection of dresses that are available, we cannot stock every style/color/size combination. Therefore we must special order most dresses and gowns, directly from the manufacturer, in the style/color/size combination that you chose. Since we cannot return any of these special orders to the manufacturer, we cannot accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations on these same items.

Please be sure to measure carefully, as you are responsible for accurate measurements, and size selection. Please use our Measuring Guide as a reference. Each manufacturer’s size chart is different, so please select the correct one in determining the size that you order. No refunds/returns/exchanges will be accepted for ordering the incorrect size. Please remember that most dresses will still require some alterations to obtain that perfect fit. If you have any questions regarding size, please call us at 888-4-ULTFASH.

Each dress is inspected, before it is shipped for any defects or damages. However, in the event that the dress arrives to you in a damaged condition, please contact us by email or phone, at 888-4-ULTFASH, within 48 hours of receiving your dress. You will be provided with a Return Authorization number to return the damaged dress. This Return Authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. We will do our best to get you a replacement in time for your wear date. The damaged dress must be returned in an unworn and unaltered condition with all tags and labels still intact. There will be no exceptions to this!

Packages that are shipped back to Ultimate Fashions without a Return Authorization number clearly visible on the outside of the box will be REFUSED. The package must be post marked within 3 days of Return Authorization notification. Any deviation to this damaged goods policy will result in the package being returned to you at your expense.

We will not accept any cancellations after an order have been confirmed and placed with the manufacturer, and at which time, your credit card will be charged.


UPS Ground shipping (within the Continental US) is FREE!

However, we must add an additional charge for expedited shipping (within the Continental US);

Typographical Errors

We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors within our store site. Such orders will not be confirmed, and you will be notified as to the status of your order.


Online Price Matching

If you find the identical item, online, at a lower price, please contact us. Give us the exact URL, so we can verify the price and availability, then we will match it.

Our price match guarantee applies to dresses available for purchase from another AUTHORIZED online reseller, with secure online order processing, at their regular price. (Most manufacturers prohibit their AUTHORIZED resellers from discounting their lines). We will not price match if the dress on the site is marked as “Sale”, “Clearance”, “Special”, or other specially priced items, or if found on an internet auction site. We do not honor typographical errors on other sites. Shipping and handling charges applied by the competitor website will also be included when we verify the price. To verify prices we must be able to find the dress, price, availability, and shipping and handling fees on the website.
